We have a VERY odd filter size (5 & 3/4 X 29 & 3/4) and finding filters for our home has been IMPOSSIBLE. We had to resort to hand cutting a mesh universal filter that barely caught anything, and because of this we were subjected to cleaning our coils under the house at least once a month because we live on a dusty dirt road. This was SO annoying. Then in comes US HOME FILTER!!! TO SAVE THE DAY!! And with my severe anaphylaxis allergies, I am ETERNALLY greatful!!! THANK YOU US HOME FILTERS! They made us custom Merv 11 filters that fit like a glove and we could not be happier! I sent in my order late at night, then realized immediately after pressing complete, that I had ordered the wrong size. I immediately emailed them, and promptly the next morning at 8:15 am I was emailed back saying that it was all handled and my refund had been processed for the difference!
