All About You Limos

We booked a party bus for my daughters wedding. The bus was supposed to pick up the bridal party from a salon and bring them to the wedding venue. The driver went to the venue instead of the salon which was a 30 minute drive away. This mistake would have made the ladies an hour late to the wedding venue. We had to cancel and rely on friends to stop what they were doing to drive all the ladies, flowers and all the party bus food/coolers that were needed for after the ceremony when the bus took them for pictures. The ladies were supposed to get dressed at the venue but had no time so everyone had to cram in small vehicles with their dresses on. My daughter was in tears!! Picture opportunities were missed because we were in such a rush once we arrived at the venue. After the wedding was not any better. It took the driver 20 minutes to pull out of the spot he parked at the venue. At one point the driver went missing for 15 minutes. He just disappeared and told no one where he was going. The company knew this was for a wedding not a birthday party or bachelor/bachelorette party. We had a timed schedule to be at places by a certain time. I will not refer anyone to this limo service. There were 3 people in the wedding party who will be getting married next year. They will not be using this service. I did call the business and let them know what a disappointment the bus was. They did give me a partial refund because we didn't use the bus until after the ceremony. The manager Collin was very nice and apologetic. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to talk to the owner but Greg Meyer is NEVER in the office. I have called 6 times to call back when he is supposed to be there. DO NOT use this company's service for your wedding!!

I used All About You limos for my wedding day and highly recommend. Colin was prompt at communication and all of the drivers showed up to their destinations on time and ready to go. All drivers communicated their where-abouts so there was no confusion about where to be and when.

Great service every time. Drivers are always very professional. I have rented the western bus , jail bus , and a few luxury buses as well as some of their limos. This stretched excursion seats about 10 comfortably with plenty of room for coolers in the rear seats or extra persons.

Have used this company since high school prom days! This past weekend for my 24th we got the Hercules, and as always great service! Highly recommend this company if you ever plan to get a party bus!

When I say the worst party bus experience of my life smh one start is too good of a rating smh. The bus was TRASH!! The bus was called High Roller  wish I could upload my pictures cause it looked more like a Crackhead. The floor was taped down with purple tape and lifting up literally. My foot got caught under it walking onto the bus. The audio outlets were coming out of the wall. The air didn't work. The driver was new and late cause directions weren't read properly. Just dirty looking. Definitely not worth $600. Personelle even worst! Collin kept stating he would call back or have the supervisor call. Nothing! Finally, spoke to supe he stated exactly, " I had a wedding party that used it before you with the same complaint, but it's a party bus. It's going to have wears and tears." Ummm wrong response because you could have taken that bus off of the fleet to properly fix the concerns and gave us a different bus. Then stated they don't give reimbursements and that his buses and prices are best in town. Smh trash, trash, trash. They also didn't tell the driver his tip was included so the driver was mad thinking we weren't trying to tip him. So hopefully they gave that man his money. Wouldn't let us back on the bus to get our liquor or cups. Definitely reporting so that others don't get ripped off!!
