Drainage Team

We had Nathan and his team come and redo a French drain and grade the yard. From bid to cleanup they were a dream. I would and have recommended them to anyone needing water taken care of. Service: Waterproofing

We used The Drainage Team in 2020 to correct standing water between the back of our home and the pool area. also, the sump pump ran every day rain or shine. Nathan and team came up with the best plan to cure the issues. They installed a french drain along the back of the house and connected all of the home's rear facing downspouts and the sump pump outlet to a separate drain line. We were very pleased with the workmanship of The Drainage Team. Major rain events since have been swallowed easily by the drainage systems.

I have used this company twice. Both for different exterior drainage problems. I have found Nathan and his team to be responsive, thorough and more than competent. I have also referred them to numerous other people, as well, who are r Equally pleased. No drainage job is cheap, but I find Nathan and the Drainage Team to be the best combination of price, product and service. Im not always interested in the cheapest game in town. Id rather have it done right than done cheaply, only to have to do it again.

After years of having a mudpie of a backyard due to surrounding yards drainage I decided to bite the bullet. I contacted Nathan at drainage team who promptly came out to workout a plan. As overwhelming as it seemed to me it was pretty routine for Nathan and he quickly came up with a plan to fix the yard with various trans and install sod.. He coordinated with the installation of a sprinkler system and everything went great. As dubious as I was , Nathan continually assured me that if it didn't take care of the problem they would continue adjusting it until it worked. Everything went like clockwork. Thias was last spring so I was looking forward to see how spring rains got handled this year. GREAT. No mud,no rivers, nothing. There were a few left over items to follow up on that we had decided to take care of this spring instead of last. Instead of me having to chase them down, Nathan called and quickly scheduled the items for this year(no charge). Cant recommend them highly enough. Not often things go so well.

The drainage team completely exceeded my expectations - from the initial consultation by Greg to the execution of the project by Justin & team - truly amazing! Living in a 100+ year old house, I expect the basement to get damp but having the downspouts pour directly next to the foundation certainly doesn't help. Thus, I wanted to get the downspouts buried and as far away from the house as possible. After submitting a request for a bid online, Greg came out the same day to review my concerns and put together a bid. (side note, my yard is like a botanical garden with numerous large trees, bushes, flowers, landscape lights and brick walkways in the path of the project.) I asked a few other companies to come by and give me a bid and they both said "We can give you a bid but this is so complex, we don't even want to bother". Greg and team assured me they could do the project right with minimal disruption to the gardens - this is what they do all day every day. After doing a final walk through of the design with Greg and the owner Nathan, I felt comfortable (and dare I say excited?) to sign with the drainage team and get my drainage issue solved. Fast forward a few months, the team arrives and gets immediately to work. Due to the complexity of the yard, the crew has to hand dig the entire 250 ft+ of pipe which includes moving hostas, azaleas, sprinklers, landscape lighting, digging under a hedge/fence, lifting brick pathways and various other things out of their way. Happy to report everything was put back where it belongs and the yard looks like nothing even occurred. Nathan/Justin even helped me navigate the local regulations to deposit the water where I wanted it. Very excited for my first thunderstorm and putting the system to the test.
