I had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE today meeting with Jacob S. to discuss credit and loans. He completely filled me in and answered my questions thoroughly. Thank you, Jacob, I really appreciate how attentive and courteous you were during our meeting. I now have a better understanding of what my options are and how they can benefit me. I’m a small business owner who switched to Busey bank a few years ago. The people at Busey CONSISTENTLY go above and beyond. For example, Jacob was able to gather documents in a short amount of time—something that might have taken me hours. Mark and Brenda helped us grow with a loan and again with a LOC. Kyle, Dara, Nancy and Jack have all succeeded in delivering exceptional service as well. Thank you!
