They changed their billing company which then discontinued existing autopay, paperless billing and also changed the format of paper statements. Which then made my account past due for 3 months and have service discontinued without notification. I called to address the situation and was charger $110 in fees + 4 months of service to have my water turned back on, on a day with 20 temps with a low of 6.

If you have a water emergency such as you wake up and there is NO WATER due to no fault of your own. My neighborhood of 51 houses has no water and we have to wait till they open at 8am on Christmas Eve to let them know.

Issued a boil order for a city of 20,000+ people on a Friday but cant be bothered to test the water until Monday because its Christmas Eve. Its totally awesome yall dont have to boil your water during the holiday weekend, but seriously? This is selfish as hell. Not surprising at all, though, really. Pathetic.

I proactively call in to take care of my monthly bill and manage my online account each month. But every time I am paired with a customer service representative I am given conflicting information regarding my account. As an elderly man, it is already difficult for me to navigate through the website, but being met with frustrated employees is anything but productive.
