WARNING: I wish I could give 0 stars. My gutters from St Louis Gutter and Siding completely failed within 1 year and water pours to my foundation every time it rains! At least a dozen phone calls / emails and they will not fix the multiple problems. They do not respond. THE WORST RIPOFF COMPANY. I fell for the fake reviews. guess it’s time to call another company to redo everything & call a lawyer.

Got fascia replaced along with some other work. The fascia on front was pieced together so it was not seamless. Also it was warped. Spoke with sales and others there they convinced me it would be fine once summer heat hit it. Well....not happy do not know why they would piece the front fascia like the did!! I will check review next time....lesson learned.

I don't even know where to begin. I hesitated writing a response because I've been waiting over a year for false promises and no shows from Brad and this company. I've had ALL of the problems mentioned in the reviews by others with the replacement job they did on my home. They no show, left a job half completed with no gutters because they didn't bring enough material - took almost 10 days to come back - 5 days of rain during this which caused flooding in my basement, poor design (changes they made on their own to the previous design) causing more water in my basement. Dana gets my emails - passes them on to Brad - they say they'll come out and you never hear from them again - NOTHING. Beyond frustrated and now they only have 1 contact # which doesn't even ring, it goes straight to voicemail which is full and you can't leave a message. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They take your money and don't stand behind their work. Reporting to BBB (read those reviews - unbelievable) and hiring someone to fix my home the right way - paying a second time now because this company ripped me off.
