I have used Terry and his team a couple times now and I've been very happy with the end results. We've used T. Yates Construction to replace some windows, replace exteriors doors, and to build a maintenance free deck. Bob and Steve on his team are just as great to work with as Terry himself. They are competent, skilled tradesmen who do great work; and they are also easy to work with. The price points are also a fair deal. I will be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Outdoor home repair of woodwork. Very detailed and through in finding all the places that needed and the ones that just needed paint. Installed larger gutters to help with the water flow that was causing the wood damage. Very knowledgeable and just a nice guy to do business with. We are on his list to have him do an inside project next.

Terry and team did a great job replacing our fascia, the wood pieces over windows and doors with aluminum, did finishing work around our french doors, and did an immaculate job cleaning our soffits. Highly recommend this group and I look forward to using them again with upcoming projects!
