can't rate their food because they NEVER answer the phone.... it rings and rings for over a minute then goes to a fax machine. They need more help answering the phone!!!

One of the best pizzas.just not from this location out of the 10+ times i have tried to order.i have only been able to order 1 time.this place sucks.i am looking for a job if they need someone to answer the phone.which they never do.

Twice now I have tried to order from this location, and BOTH times I was unable to. The first time was January 11, I called at 8:15 and they said they weren't taking orders anymore because they closed at 9 and my order would make them late to leave. Im sorry, but if you close at 9, then you take orders UNTIL 9pm! Tonight I tried again to order, and I didn't even get through. i tried to call between 6pm-7pm and it just rang and rang. Hours state they are open until 9, even was told they close at 9 in January when i tried to order but no one was there tonight! So from now on, I will be ordering elsewhere. Which is really sad because cecil whittakers is good pizza, this location is just the worst!
