A shout out to Luminous Flooring in Arnold who sanded and refinished our kitchen floor. It looks brand new! They were recommended by a neighbor who said they did excellent work and was "highly recommended". I concur 100%! Responsiveness was impressive in today's environment where it's sometimes difficult to get companies to return a call or provide timely information. And the price was very competitive! The staff was easy to work with and very informative on the processes they would be taking to refinish my floors. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I wanted shine. It doesn't. I wash floors a lot and it is hard not to put something on it. I haven't yet. It is very pretty but even my son said "mom, this floor doesn't look like something you would like. It is pretty. The guys were awesome.

Let me start off by saying Im the type of person that only reviews companies if I had an extremely good or poor experience and holy smokes Luminous Flooring absolutely crushed it. I had a contractor bail on me last minute a week before I had to put my house on the market. Now I cant speak to their ability to do this on a more frequent basis but they had a slot open up and within a day luminous got someone out to not only give me a quote but came in at the most reasonable quote possible. From there they started the next day. They were honest and transparent about every aspect of the entire process. They would bring things to my attention that I may have never seen and gave me ways to remedy the situation. They then even had some of their crew come out on a Saturday to finish the job to ensure my floors were ready for the open house. I was not paid to say any of this, I was not coaxed into any sort of review, I simply wanted to say that the 5 star reviews truly represent this company as a whole. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
