The towels was stained and were dirty . The bed was uncomfortable . The rooms are small. The customer service is horrible.

This is a dump. Dirty rag in bathtub, leftovers still in fridge. Torn sheets. 1/2 electric outlets didnt work, I could go and on. Never again.

Tonight 2/14/24 unfortunately faced a bind when arriving home in West Point. We came to the Relax to stay overnight as we arrived extremely late. We were greeted horrible when inquiring about senior discount as we had multiple elderly family members staying. When we were given the room were informed we had 5min to inspect the room. After inspection of the room their were stains on the curtains, toilet wasn't cleaned properly, bolt lock was broken, the TV had no volume, phone didnt work, and their were stains on the pillows. When asked by my aunt to at least help with the TV volume, one of the owners came to the room yelling if we wanna complain we can leave but he isn't giving us a refund. He stated he was too tired and we can leave. This is the absolute worse service we have ever encountered coming back home.
