        I ordered flowers for a funeral. I ordered a specific wreath off the website. When I went to the funeral the wreath was half the size of the one I ordered. I was absolutely embarrassed. When I called and spoke to the owner she told me she put several roses in the wreath and that's why it was smaller. I told her that I did not request roses and was not told roses would be substituted. I explained the wreath was half the size of the picture on the website. I felt that at one point there was a section of the wreath that only had one flower on it...no larger than 4 inches. She immediately questioned me. No apology... nothing. Customer service is terrible. Ask lots of questions before you order anything from this florist! I won't order from them again.
