DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I would not give this place even one star! Truly an awful experience that is still on going!! I purchased a lawn mower for my Dad and we canceled the lease returned the equipment but they refuse to return the product! They are uncaring and very negative when you cancel services!!! Dee is the "owner" and she will over talk you and state in a very rude manner that the other parties are at fault!!! I will not give up and I want everyone to understand that this Sears Hometown store is NOT WORTHY of being in business!!!!!!!!!

I bought (& paid in full) a refrigerator last week & planned to go back and pick it up. I have made 2 trips to the store since and it was closed…no sign on the door, no indication of reason. I have also called and no answer. One day when calling, I got a message that the number was not in service. A call has been placed with corporate office, but still no refrigerator!

I purchased a refrigerator from Sears and paid for it in 7 months start having problems in the 8 month and cannot get it fixed nor will they give me a new one. Every day Im calling them and they keep giving me the run around I am just furious because its been 4 months and my refrigerator will not get cold I will never do businesses with them again. I guess I need to get a lawyer so that I can get a new refrigerator because this is the worst company I have ever done business with and I would not send a dog to do business with them Sorry Sorry Sorry
