My son and I went here looking for a place and the lady Miss Joya walked us through and explain everything and was so kind and courteous she helped us with all the paperwork and everything that was needed she was truly a blessing I am so thankful that she was there to help us thank you Miss joya yes I would recommend this place to my friends and family

They double leash your apartment. then when you gave a notice at your last apartment you can't get in because somebody else got your lease. Now your appartment you are still at said you have to leave because you put in a notice, but you no longer have a place. They end up having her lease a three-bedroom instead of the two-bedroom she initially least which costed more because of their predicament they caused. When my sister died they told my mom if she did not sign another lease for the three bedroom immediately that she would have to go. Because of pandemic there is no availability at this time which caused her not to find a place in the time that they demanded. now that she that they already leased her place to a new person and if she must vacate immediately even though her rent is not due to the six they demand she leave by the first she has a leaky heart valve and has been under a lot of undue stress which causes her to cry and have to go to an emergency room. they call her the very next day while the nurse is taking care of her to demand that she be out by end of day and hand over key immediately, of which a nurse heard the phone call and started calling for her some help through Social Services because this is not right
