OYO Hotel Vicksburg Southeast

In no way was I staying at this so-called hotel. I wouldn't get out of the car at this place.. Witnessed 3 drug deals go down, while booking another room. 1 star is too hi of a rating for this place.

I had to give a star in order to do the rating. I wouldn't recommend this place. The room had a some type of bug spray all over the floor, I almost slipped also Dead bugs, and you could most definetly smell the bug spray. We didn't even stay. We went right back up there and got our money back. And went somewhere else.

Stunk, found crumbs on bed, crickets in bathroom, dirty. Bed and a/c comfortable

Very frustrated. My friend and I had been driving for well over six hours only to pull up to a closed hotel at 11PM. After spending the next hour driving around trying to find somewhere with an open room, we learned from another hotels desk assistant that the place had been badly damaged in a fire... one month BEFORE I booked a room. How does a major hotel chain manage to book someone in a hotel thats been burned down?! Even more infuriating was the fact we got a confirmation of the booking the day of so we had no clue of what we were arriving to. Ended up spending double the price at a higher end hotel because they were the only ones in the area with a room and only had king beds available AND spent an hour driving around a city weve never been before at midnight. Not cool.
