        With seven kids its hard to fit everything that needs to be done in one day. Being open until midnight is a huge plus for me and mine! We were in and out within thirty minutes. My teenage daughter had to have stitches removed and she gets anxiety super bad. The doctor was patient and didn't even get aggravated with her needing a break in between each of the seven stitches (most would have). He even wrapped her back up even though it wasn't needed just to make her feel more comfortable and better about the whole situation. Highly suggest them!

        I take my son to see them. Such an amazing team. David is such a great doctor I prefer them over my sons primary doctor any day of the week. Always in and out within a hour or by a hour.

      Thank you Lynn! We are actually not an urgent care though; for insurance purposes we are the same as your primary care provider. We will gladly handle acute medical issues as well as simple primary care provider duties!

      A person that matches this timeline/dissatisfaction: was offered multiple solutions for this "bad experience". We would ask that any patient that has a bad experience reach out to us, as this patient did, for a solution. Unfortunately, some people are not going to be satisfied with any solution (including a refund or offer to receive the service a second time). Google reviews are public and if you feel so inclined to click this reviewers profile you will see that all but one review for Tupelo, MS are one-star reviews; if this is the person in question the goal of this reviewer seems to be to bully businesses into giving full/partial refunds for services received due to dissatisfaction after the fact.
