        We work hard to protect our elderly and disabled individuals, we also fire anyone who takes advantage of or breaks laws. We do not play when it comes to the clients safety and rights. Some clients get mad when we do fire individuals and will make false accusations to make the PCA look better over the company. This is most unfortunate because the client is the one who reports an issue and we investigate it. Just because they like the PCA as a person does not mean that the person in the wrong will not face consequences of their action. Please note that we do our best to protect those in the right and will fight for them until the end. We work to keep your loved ones safe and if that means that the current PCA is removed and we have to find another one it can take a few days. Please be patient as we are trying to find the best fit PCA for your loved one's needs. Thank You, Nicole
