Refused to give me my money back even though I canceled immediately after ordering. Was extremely rude and obnoxious-I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money refunded.

Tried to order from them on my computer,it would not work. so I called and got a cranky women. I asked if the hood pad they had would fit my car. I was assured that it. It did not fit right, It is a universal fits all pad and it looks cheap. I had to use it as I was on a dead line. Also I was way overcharged on the freight. they do not even deserve 0 stars

I would give this company a negative star review if possible. When you go to check shipping costs on there website it put through as a completed paypal order. Called them immediately and they where extremely rudy and would cancel without a $20 dollar fee. I explained the issue and the lady was rude. I told her I didnt want do business with them and told me she didnt want to do business with me. Worst customer service ever. i will return through Paypals police once the part arrives. Horrible company, dont recommend to anyone.

PAID 40.00 FOR 3 DAY SHIPPING, GOT HUBCAP FOR MY CAR 10 DAYS LATER. IF THE CAP WAS GOOD, NO BIGGIE. THIS THING IS UNUSABLE TRASH. BENT, PITTED, TRASH. HEY, BUT AT LEAST THIS LADY WAS AS HELPFUL AS A STROKE.

I should have read these reviews prior to reaching out. I contacted Classique Cars as they had some weatherstripping I was looking at for the convertible top on my Lincoln. Since the kit had 21 pieces and was $2300+, I called to confirm the pieces it had listed and see what else I may need to complete the weatherstripping needs for my car. When I asked, regarding this, she told me I should "get a parts CD and figure out which piece goes where so I would know before ordering". This was told to me after I let her know I was trying to spend $2300+ with them and just wanted to be sure. I told her I didn't appreciate being talked down to like she was and that I would look elsewhere for what I am needing. I told her I am sorry for wasting her time. I NEVER write bad reviews because I believe people do have bad days, however this was over the top. Lessons for Classique Cars - if you don't want to deal with the public, then don't have a retail business.
