Starkville House of Flowers

Ordered flowers from House of Flowers thirteen days ago for delivery two days later, and the delivery has yet to be made. These people are either extremely incompetent or they just don't give a darn.

DO NOT USE HOUSE OF FLOWERS IN STARKVILLE! As I read other reviews (which I should read before hand) I see I am not the only one who's order just got ignored. I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law two days ahead of time and she didn't receive anything. When I called the next day they said that they were out of those flowers. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. I did get a full refund (only because I called them), however they did not even apologize! Which made me ever more angry! Do yourself a favor and stay away from House of Flowers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A ONE STAR!

Horrible experience!!!! NEVER buy from this company!!!! Did not deliver the flower which costed $72. Could not find the address. This is an address where products have been delivered to several times. Two days later I call to cancel the order, and guess what, the order cannot be canceled. I am paying for something I never received. I talked to the owner. She is so rude! Trying to tell me that I am paying for that order, bc, they did not find an address. How is that????????
