        I had a confirmed appointment for 10 am and it is now 11:15 am and no one has showed up or called to say they are delayed. It was supposed to be an initial deep clean and then a weekly cleaning after today. I called the business and I was told the owner was busy but would call me back later. The receptionist was very nice but unfortunately that does not solve the issue. This is not a professional way to operate a business. I will be looking for another cleaning service
