The red head lady at the front desk is not personable and doesn't need to be working in customer service. She was short in her responses and showed no compassion or sympathy. I ended up leaving without being seen so I can't speak for the rest of the staff. I won't go back.

Dr. Cockrell has been my primary care Dr for many years. Very friendly, tells you like it is & explains everything where I can understand it. If you're searching for a nearby, down to earth Dr, with a friendly staff, then Cockrell Family Medical is your place. Great care, great service, great people, what more could you ask for.

After being a patient for almost 20 years. I called a week ago for an appointment for refills. Can't be seen for almost 3 weeks. I told them I only had 1 week of medication remaining. It didn't matter. I sent an email. Still never heard back. I walked in this morning when they opened. Lisa was called to approve me as a walk in. Again only for refills. Totally out of medication. They refused to see me. They will not call in a prescription. Some of my medications have bad side effects if suddenly stopped. It didn't matter. I will never go back. My health and best interests were not taken in consideration. I am self pay..guess my money didn't matter either. I dearly love Mike Cockrell..he has been a great doctor. But this is not acceptable.
