        One of our favorite restaurants! My husband and I go at least 1x a week! Beef spare ribs, egg rolls and rice noodles are the best!

        Food was not great. It was our first time there and we asked the waitress what she recommended, she told us she didn't eat that stuff. That should have been a sign.

        I enjoy how this restaurant has chilly sauce in a bottle and a cups of red pepper flakes and oil. Other Ph places I have been only have one or the other. Service was not as fast as I am familiar with concerning Ph.
