        Very fast and helpful. They had everything I needed and even took the time to talk about a pet project I'm working on - it's medical equipment related and they had good info and input.

        Bad customer service experience. Gentleman on phone hung up without saying goodbye or asking if I would like to be placed on hold because of customers he had in person. Obviously do not care about gaining new customers or customer retention.
