      image I used the Origin Bank in Ridgeland, Ms. The communication is very poor. I applied for a usda loan. Apparently they won't return emails or calls unless they have an update for you, meaning its difficult to check the status. One of the loan officers Mesia Crews when asked, "why are you guys not responding to my calls or emails?" responded with "I can't give you information that I don't have," insinuating she didn't have an update on my app, but then in the same call told me everything I was waiting to know. So why was I waiting again? This took place over the course of 3 months, very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this bank.
