I needed a rush order for a funeral over the holidays, and I was out of town. This place was recommended to me, and they were extremely helpful. The flowers they provided were gorgeous, and the staff was so accommodating during a hectic time. I would use them again and again.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! My father died January of 2023. My Mother called this place and specifically TOLD THEM HE WAS A DECORATED VETERAN! My Mother told them it would be a MILITARY FUNERAL! When we got to the funeral home the flowers were all Yellow. My father absolutely HATED YELLOW! My Mother specially told them she wanted ALL RED & WHITE FLOWERS She even went on to tell them again NO YELLOW FLOWERS! I called this business and explained we got the wrong flowers. They told me that my Mother said, "absolutely no military colors". That was a BLATANT LIE!! Why in the world would my Mother say no military colors? My Mother told them he was a DECORATED VETERAN having a MILITARY BURIAL. I called them during most heartbreaking time in our lives. THEY WERE RUDE & ARGUMENTATIVE. THEY OFFERED NO APOLOGIES OR OFFER TO REPLACE THE FLOWERS! I asked them to replace the flowers with what we ordered. ALL WHITE & RED WITH A BLUE RIBBON. They argued with me again that my Mother wanted nothing Military. I complained enough that they sent NO WHITE FLOWERS. INSTEAD SENT ARTIFICIAL RED ROSES THAT LOOKED LIKE THEY LITERALLY CAME FROM DOLLAR TREE! It was a horrible experience! THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CALL US AND DEMAND PAYMENT of $400 for fake flowers!
