image I went to buy a Ferris lawn mower at B and C Lawn Mower in Picayune. Miss Cynthia was my point of contact. When I arrived she demonstrated the proper use and how the Ferris is to be treated and used. I decided to buy the Ferris. Miss Cynthia said it would take 2 hours of waiting for the mower because she had to uncrate the mower and service it . I left went to lunch. When I returned, I noticed she was trying to load the floor model and not the new Ferris on my trailer. I questioned her, told her it was the floor model. She insisted I was wrong. Insisting I didnt know what I was talking about. The tables turned when I told her I had proof. I had taken pics of the floor model to send a friend before I actually bought a mower., including the model number. After she realized I knew what I was talking about. She changed her tune. She then proceeded to tell me it would take another hour for the mower. Which didnt make sense to me because according to her own words, my NEW! mower was ready. In my opinion, This is a company that is treating customers unjustly and with deceit.

Bless your heart. Your review here is deceitful, when you called stating you were coming, we serviced the mower & had it on the floor waiting for you as you were coming from over an hour away. All of our mowers are NEW. Even the ones on our floor. They are serviced at time of sale. When you arrived, while looking over the mower your friend pulled on the transmission release rod improperly causing it to bend, the Ferris does not release like her Gravely, however, Mrs. CINDY took it back to our service dept, they checked & repaired the bend. No big deal. Everything was in proper working order, but YOU were insistent on having another mower. You absolutely didn't want that one. Had we wanted to be deceitful, we could've told you we didn't have any more in stock. You were informed that it would take about an hour for our guys to uncrate, assemble & service another mower for you, which you stated was fine. Mrs. Cindy instructed the service dept of your wants & left approximately 20 minutes before you & your friend. She arrived within minutes before your return. The models were identical so we are unsure how photos would make a difference. Mrs. Cindy assumed the mower you were getting was the one you requested, as you were told you could have whichever one that you wanted & in the end you were able to do exactly that. When she realized you were correct & that the 2nd mower had been serviced, she corrected herself. Nobody here was being deceitful, she had only misspoken in that moment. Now in my opinion, you weren't exactly the politest customer especially talking negatively about your "FRIEND" each time she was out of hearing range. You were dead set on the Ferris when you arrived & had you not been satisfied you did not have to make the purchase. We do now understand why you were unable to get along with the other Ferris dealer that you mentioned while you were here. If you're going to tell some, ma'am, maybe you should tell it all. We hope you enjoy your mower & have a blessed day.

Ma’am, I don’t see your name in my customer list so as far as I know, I’ve never worked for you. Not sure why you think I don’t know anything about tractors and if you are the lady that called me yesterday about the farm trac obviously you know how to use Google, because you left me a one star review even though I’ve never done work for you, so why is it you cannot go to Google and find out exactly what I found out. There’s a website if you need those lift arms from Farm trac you need to go find them online. I only have parts for LS. And no LS did not make your tractor. I find it sad that people think it’s OK to do this to a business to give us a one star review even though we’ve never done business together. you have a good day ma’am I hope you find what you’re looking for.

YOUR INVOICE CLEARLY TELLS YOU NO RETURN ON ELECTRICAL. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR REPAIR YOU MAY WANNA GO CHECK ALL YOUR ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. WE FIND IT HELPFUL IF YOU CLEAN AND ADJUST YOUR BATTERY CABLES INSTEAD OF GOING TO GOOGLE YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY
