Great service I had an excellent experience with them... UPDATE: I have a ring that I've worn for over two years and decided that I wanted to wear it on a different finger so I bought it here to get resized after wearing it for a very short amount of time it broke in the center so I brought it back to them and explained what happened they said it had nothing to do with them so after explaining that I have worn this rings for years and never had a problem with it until they resized it they said oh we just got a new machine so maybe the old one didn't do it right so they agreed to correct it free of charge after I got it back and worn it a couple of days it cracked again in the same place hmmm now it's broke just sitting in the jewelry box. I'll give them a 2 star because they did fix the ring free of charge after it broke the first time but after I got it back the second time it broke in the same exact place.
