Do not order from this florist! Took order over phone last week for arrangement to be delivered yesterday (5/5/21) was not delivered. Called for confirmation got hung up on then blocked. My wife called and was told it was in route. Never showed up. No answer again today. Got the local police involved. Business is going under...place falling apart! They are taking orders and not delivering them. 0 STARS

Worse than horrible. I made my order online and they took my money immediately, but did not deliver the arrangement I ordered. When I tried to call about it, both phone numbers were “ no longer in service.” I called a friend who lives in Picayune, and she said the last time she went into this florist it was so filthy and smelled so horrible of cat feces and urine, that she turned around and walked out. I would give it zero stars if I had that option!

Worst Florist EVER! Ordered online. The online store sent instructions (screen shot) and what I received was not even close! These people don't even have real flowers in their shop! It was delivered in the dark before I got home and I have spent half a day trying to get this corrected.

I ordered the candy cane carnation Christmas arrangement and the only thing done to make it look like Christmas was a candy cane was stuck in it. The arrangement looked nothing like the website photo. I will NEVER order from them again. Arrangement looked horrible.

I ordered an arrangement that was deep purples, yellows and oranges in a wood vase, premium level plus balloons. Ordered it for same day. Charges deducted from my account. Two days later nothing. I call and they can’t find my order. Tells me the order number won’t do them any good at this point but they will call me back. An hour later I call them again. Nothing. She asks what the note should say, where to, etc. Nothing about what I actually ordered. Was told they would call me back. No call back. I get a picture of what they delivered. NOTHING like what I ordered. No balloons. Silver glass vase. None of the colors. Looks like a kid tossed flowers into a vase. I call and am informed flowers are expensive, we have been frozen in (I live less than an hour away, I know the weather conditions) and that she was sure it was comparable. I asked her how they knew because they still hadn’t found my order so how did they know if it was in the same price range because it certainly didn’t look a thing like the one pictured. Her response was what colors and they “might take something in those colors over with the balloons”. Still didn’t bother asking what the name of the display I actually ordered was.
