My granddaughter will not see anyone else. She is 5 and actually looks forward to her dental appointments.

If you are looking for an amazing dentist that excepts medicaid in picayune then Picayune General Dentistry is the place to go. My son had a pretty traumatic experience at his last dentist and I was so afraid that we were going to leave today without his cavity filled. But even when Bentley started crying hysterically and talking loudly the dentist talked him down and helped him through it. Bentley is a happy patient with his Captain America cap. (Photo Edited )

Update:We called and asked if we could plan to personally speak with Dr. Combs and they told us no that he is too busy! I normally don't post when we have issues with a business or office, but I am extremely upset, and more heart broken than anything. We have been seeing Dr. Combs for years. He has been an amazing dentist. We have had an appointment scheduled for today for months. The nurse comes out to the car, and immediately makes a remark because she sees two kids and just me. My son was very nervous about this appointment because he had two caps last appointment, and one was very difficult, and it ended up being a painful experience. He didn't want to get out of the car at first. The nurse was very rude, and said that if he wasn't going to corruprate we would have to reschedule. I told her to give me just a minute to calm him down, and talk to him. She then says that we need to hurry because the doctor has other patients to see. I get my son out the car. He didn't have his crocs on. The nurse rudely remarked that he better put shoes on or he can't come inside. She wasn't giving me anytime to do anything without making a remark. We start walking toward the door, and she stops half way, turns around, looks at my other son and says, "He can't come in!" I said I know. I asked, can he please stand or sit in the lobby while I walk Dawson to the back? No!!!! Can he just walk with me to the back, let me get Dawson settled then we go back to the car? No!!!! Can he sit on the bench outside while I quickly walk Dawson to the back? No!!!! I then said, y'all aren't making this very easy for someone who has two small children. She said, "Oh well! You will have to reschedule. You can call and speak with the office manger." She then walked off. I called, spoke with the office manger, and she said we can get his records ready for you if you want to find a different dentist. Y'all, I understand policy, but come on! This was an extreme that I just can't understand. My heart is broken because we have never been treated like this before at any clinic. Ever!!! My heart is broken because we have seen doctor Dr. Combs for years, and now I am having to transfer service to somewhere more accommodating. It is just ashame that no single mother, military mother, or any mother or parent who has a spouse that works all the time will be able to being their children to this clinic ever again. It is sad and heart breaking more than anything.

Agreed with part of the treatment plan, but somethings were concerning. I had some questions for a callback and the desk C U Next Tuesday repeatedly called back to sarcastically let me know that they're dropping our entire family as patients. I got your message(s) loud and clear and we won't be back.
