Ochsner Health Center - Philadelphia

Sadly my nurse was more professional and informative than Doctor Betsy! 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND!!! My concerns were taken as a joke and her attitude real BAD! Very unprofessional!!

I've no complaints about my doctor or most of the staff. I do take issue with a nurse who treated my wife with absolute disrespect for her lung condition and made it seem like patients are responsible for the nurse having caught COVID on three separate occasions. I take issue that my wife spoke up and said that perfume makes it harder for her to breathe and the same nurse continued to get close to my wife despite knowing she was wearing excessive amounts of perfume. I also take issue that now that Oschner has "taken over", there is no way to file a complaint or contact anyone about getting action taken against discrimination. I've tried to email and send contacts through the website. Guess this is my last resort. I would hate to have to change doctors or clinics, but if THIS is how things are run now, I don't know if I even want to attend my next appointment.

Dr. Chris Webb is the best hands down. Hes patient and he doesnt rush his visits. He is gonna most definitely make you laugh while youre there with him. I always feel comfortable when we talk. He explains everything so easy so you can understand. He also will recommend you to the best specialist if its needed. Wish I would have went to him years ago but glad he is my doctor now.

I was extremely impressed with the dedication from all levels of healthcare staff at this organization to providing quality care. Very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate providers committed to excellence. Highly recommend!
