These guys are fantastic. They actually refused to rent the last piece of equipment in stock because it wasn't running smoothly, and he feared I would have a bad experience. His solution? Upgrade me to a larger, more capable tiller for free. That's right, no additional cost to me! The truth is that all I noticed on the first tiller was a slightly ruff sounding engine that took 2 or 3 pulls to crank. I would have taken it without really knowing the difference. Although, the upgrade only took one easy pull and purred when idling and obviously performed better than the first would have! Since my son did all the work, I'm sure he appreciated Pearl Rental's awesome customer service. I definitely appreciated the honesty and attention to detail! Since I live in Brandon it isnt the most convenient location, but I definitely will be a return customer.

I needed to rent equipment that I could use to take care of some trees on my property for insurance purposes and while I did not get the exact machine that I wanted all of my need were still met. The staff was very professional and courteous as well as tentative to my needs. Ms. Danielle Odom was extremely helpful in getting taken care of in a very timely manner. Even when I thought I had a problem (operator error) she was willing to send one of the staff members out to help me out. Last but not least the prices are just as accommodating as the services and staff. Thank you Pearl Rental Center!

Pearl Rental has been a staple in the community for decades. I remember going there as a child with my father, and now it's been my go-to rental company for countless projects and chores as an adult. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, and the rental rates are reasonable.
