Im not typically one to give a review on anything or anyone, however, I HAVE to give a review for this place. This was HANDS DOWN the BEST mobile home lot we came across!!!! We were in the process of moving from Florida to Mississippi, and we knew we needed to find land and a home QUICK! They didnt rush us when we arrived, and allowed us to look around by ourselves. (This was huge to us because we had gone to SEVERAL lots, and we were bombarded with salesmen trying to make a dollar) Once we found a few that sparked our interest, we had the pleasure of meeting with Zack Rust. Yall!!! I cannot express enough just how helpful and wonderful he was throughout the entire process. He truly made this process easier than buying a car! He stayed on top of everything for us, and had us closing in NO time! On top of having the best salesman, this lot had the SAME homes for over $50,000 cheaper than the others we had visited. I cannot stress it enough, GO TO MAGNOLIA ESTATES IN PEARL AND ASK FOR ZACK RUST!!!!!! We are so so grateful for finding him and this lot!
