Staff member needs evaluation. I entered the store and me being no stranger to Francesca’s hospitality expected to be greeted with at least a simple hello. Instead, the worker said nothing to me and we even made eye contact. The worker was also found occasionally on their phone. Later as I’m browsing around the store, the worker greets the other customers that entered and left the store and I was never acknowledged. I went to this store on 8/8/20 around 4:45. I think it is imperative that this worker is talked with about their actions while working at this store. I feel that her attitude it this store can hurt the store. Please resolve this problem.
