I bought a whole house water filtration system and needed a pro to install it properly. The owner sent out one of his employees to do just that. Problem was he, well, didn't quite install it very well. 2 days later I awoke to find no water pressure. I called, texted, and left pics of how the filters fell off and laid on the ground. The whole thing fell down and water poured out everywhere outside. As soon as he saw this, he contacted me and said he's on his way over immediately. This was on a Sunday. He came asap, and reinstalled at no charge. We talked awhile about how sometimes an employee can fail to do well. The owner cares about his hires, and wants to address their mishaps but give them every chance to prove themselves. I was touched by that, because not all employers have a heart. As far as the reinstallation? It survived hurricane Zeta without a problem. He drilled that heavy system into my concrete poles so well even a hurricane can't make it budge. Outstanding! I had an emergency plumbing issue. Woke up to take a shower to go to work. No water came out the shower. In a frantic I called Brian Alexander. He was at my house in a few hours. He is very knowledgeable, through, and OCD with his work. My plumbing issue resulted in a major piping repair. After 8 hours the work was beautifully done. I have my shower back with more water pressure than ever before. My bill should of been waaay higher than it actually was. This is your guy to call. You CANNOT go wrong with this guy.
