        John alleviated my very stressful situation! Although I was interested in a roof replacement, he stated the roof was good for another 5 to 7 years! No other roofing contractor told me that! I appreciate his timeliness and honesty! I decided to go forward with the roof replacement, since replacement costs are going up every year. Service: Roof inspection

        I got about 6 or 7 quotes. John actually came in just a few dollars and I do mean few, with the best labor warranty and a shingle warranty for 50 years..non-proated.! I have had the roof a year and had to call him back just to discover the problem wasn't with the roof but the chimney. They were prompt with returning my call and showing up to check it out. I turned my nephew on to them and he is equally happy with the job and price. Chase was the best decision I've made in a long time! Service: Roof installation
