After an emergency happened in the middle of the night we called Rotor Rooter was told they would be out in about 45 minutes to an hour... that was at 12:45 A.M. The gentleman was rude didn’t want to listen to the customer and showed he really didn’t even want to come out. At 2:30 in the morning he called saying his van broke down he was the only on call person and would send someone out in the morning later to fix it... never got a call back not even a follow up. I looked in google and located this company and the guy was very professional, showed concern and even told me due to the weather it’s going to be hard to get out here. After a few hours went by rain and all he showed up at my door. I was humbled to see him working through the weather and was kind, respectful and worked diligently and professionally. Took all necessary steps due to Covid. Dependability wise you can count on them. They are Awesome! Got to the root of the problem and did all he could to make sure my family was taking care of. His work showed his commitment and that they take pride in the work they leave behind. They are officially my go to plumber and would most definitely recommend🙏🏻 God blessed the hands that did the work here today. Thank you for the work you put in today. Anyone can can call on them and be sure to get the best service ever!
