Moving nightmare. I scheduled a full service move for Saturday at 8am days in advance, packing and everything. Even called back after paying my deposit to verify the date and time, and the owner sounded annoyed with me and said YES. WE WILL BE THERE. and hung up. 8am comes, and no one shows. Around 10 I get a call that they just found out about the move, got a crew together last minute, but couldnt get a truck same day. So we reschedule for the next day. Next day, they show up, no boxes. Not only did the owner fail to tell them about the move, he didnt tell them I asked for full-service either. So Im trying to pack as quickly as I can holding a baby last minute because its charged hourly. We got the big stuff loaded up and did what we could. So now we have stuff in the old house with limited time to get it out (by ourselves), all because the OWNER of the company couldnt be bothered to tell anyone about the move. Movers themselves were very nice and professional, but I wish there was a way to go directly through them because Jon Perez is AWFUL.Made sure to call and collect money before the movers had even left good though

Movers decided to cancel the day before the scheduled move date because "moving boxes 2 hours away wasn't worth their time" even though I was paying $160 an hour. After a week and a half of several attempts to retrieve deposit I just received it today. NEVER AGAIN!!!

These guys did a great job! Unloaded a 26ft truck and assembled furniture in one hour. They were prompt, efficient, and respectable people. I appreciate Jon working with me and doing such a great job coordinating our move. Services: In-state moving, Furniture assembly

We are an airforce family and when we 1st moved to biloxi in March 2020 we used this company to help unload the truck. Fast service and excellent communication. Now we are moving again and used them to help load the truck. There were 4 men, very professional, worked quickly and well together. Friendly staff and I didn't have to do anything ofcourse! I super reccomend this company, Jon is very helpful and they will not disappoint!! Service: Moving-related packing
