    Great hotel, loved the balcony.

    Clean room, nice bedding. Somewhat lumpy pillows and soft mattress. Kind, helpful front desk staff. Loud a/c heater fan. Rough scratchy towels. Renovated interior. A few oversights. Paint and dirt on bathroom light switches. Typical uncomfortable, stiff back chais lounge and lumpy sofa. Fridge has no freezer but needed defrosting. Back wall was coated in ice. I couldnt move a shelf up because it was frozen in place. Alarm clock was blinking and couldnt be reset. It said low battery despite being plugged in. Breakfast was a disaster. Not even close to usual IHG standards. Second day was slightly better. Out of coffee, cold yucky decaf, out of scrambled eggs, 3 cold omelettes left. No staff to refresh. Front desk staff went to get coffee when she couldnt locate the breakfast staff. Kids passing by said the pool was cold.

    This location was off a road that was noisy. The toilet was running all night long and I had to anti-bacterialize all surfaces as you can see because this room was so unclean!!! We did get some money off the room.

    Here for a month , I booked last minute as my original accommodation fell through. It's a small hotel, only have 4 floors. The room is decent. Have a microwave and mini fridge inside the rooms. Ice machine on each floor. 1 elevator. Ok, size parking area, I haven't had trouble finding a parking. Pros: - Complementary breakfast - Excellent customer service. - Decent room and storage space - Use Dove products for toiletries, secured to the wall, and they re-fill it accordingly Cons: - slow elevator, just 1 small elevator. It hasn't really been an issue as this is a small hotel.
