This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Not only were they very professional but there was a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Jim and the team did all they could do to see that our needs were met. Hat's off to Jim and the team . You guys are worth recommending.

The experience was very good even thou they couldnt get the parts to repair our truck. Under the circumstances, we were pleased with what they did to help us out with our vehicle. Will go there to buy a new vehicle.

Friday afternoon we had left our son's home going back to NC. About 30 minutes down I-10, the engine light came on in our 2013 Terrain. Long story short, the transmission went out. We limped back to D'Iberville and Mandal Buick. We had to replace the transmission. Susie, service advisor, told us Thursday at the latest. We received a message Wednesday morning that the car would be ready that afternoon. Knowing we were out of state she had the mechanic pull the old transmission Tuesday & have the car ready for the new one. Early Wednesday afternoon we were on our way home! They also fixed a recall we were not aware of. Susie was great!
