        The worker is a lovely, young lady.. Her name is Destiny and she deserves recognition. In our times when customer service is almost dead, this young person restored my faith in our youth and customer support. She was kind to my teen and an technologically, uninclined lady who has vision loss. If your company doesn't value her, then it's doomed. Give her a raise. I got a new contract based on her help and lovely attitude.
