Liars. Refused to honor the appointment that they scheduled Refused to return money for the appointment they scheduled. Refused to write prescriptions they knew patient was out of. Yelled at patient in the lobby then got upset patient yelled back. Horrible people. Receptionist doesn't know how to do her jib. Just stares at you.
Worst medical personnel ever.

My mom goes here for many reasons, but her favorite is the adult group that they have. They do all kinds of art projects and talk about how to be positive, that kind of thing.

I have a child attending this program, and I have been trying to get in contact with the regional director for this facility. At this point, I have been disappointed cause the front desk clerk directly disconnected the call. And elected to direct me in the right direction!! Do a parent have a right to speak with higher management prior to their children entering a room with an absolute stranger. And let keep in my child is a minor. If so, I have been denied numerous times in an unprofessional manner!!! I haven't had any parental rights taken away, and the birth certificate was signed by me, which was signed at birth. Also, the birth certificate was present during the initial meeting at Home Connect. Unfortunately, I don't live in the same house as my child, and she is a young lady. And I'm very concerned about her mental health. So please be leery when taking your child/ren to this place of business. What loving parent wouldn't want to know what time their child has a meeting at this facility, what's the treatment plan, what the medications does, what's the plan to take her off the medication because a lot of this medication has side effects. And can cause major problems to a person's organs. I don't know what's the intervention is being used, and when asked these questions. I get stonewall. There are so many doctors issuing out medication, and I wanna know what my child has been prescribed. And not being treated like an experimental rat!! If you feel that has been going on with you and your child, please contact an attorney or get a second opinion. You have that right and the right to know they are doing with your child. It is a law call.Medical malpractice occurs when a hospital, doctor or other health care professional, through a negligent act or omission, causes an injury to a patient. The negligence might be the result of errors in diagnosis, treatment, aftercare, or health management. Maybe your receptionist won't disconnect the phone intentionally when someone calls from the state board and /or attorney office.

This place is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is extremely helpful and Ms. Benecia is incredible at what she does.
