I hired this company this company in March 2018 to build a gate for my fence. They did a good job at a reasonable price so I hired them to do my lawn as well. I paid them $500 to clean up my property and we made an agreement of $85 to maintain my yard on an “as needs basis.” This was to include edging as well. In May they sent me a bill for doing the yard at two week intervals. I called and reminded them this was on an “on call basis” not every two weeks. Nonetheless, I paid that bill. Things went along and on one occasion they did not edge because they said there was “too much poison ivy” in yard and it would need to be killed. So, I had them do that and paid them. Come July, I complimented them on how nice the mowing job looked but that I noticed that the edging had not been done.They promised to come back and finish their job on the yard. No one ever came back, nor did they respond to phone calls or texts. I called and left numerous messages with Edward trying to get them to do the edging that was promised. Finally, on September 7 at 2:54 PM I left this message, “Are you guys still in business? Need some work done if you are.” Never heard back. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RELIABLE. Although they do good work, you cannot count on them to keep their word. Hire at your own peril.

If you use these guys...be very specific and make sure you get what you want before you pay. I was given a quote for $300 to have leaf removal from my entire yard. When the man came out I showed him where my property lines were. He asked if I wanted mulch for the flower beds and I said no, just take care of the leaves. My wife was not aware of what all was to be done. They said they could not get the back half of my back yard done because it was too wet. She went ahead and paid them. I come home to realize they did not get the leaves out of my flower beds. I asked if they could come back and finish when it dries out and I was told that they would not come back unless I pay more. I already paid to have this done. Why should I have to pay again? I also had a large pile of leaves already in the front that Was part of the quote. Before having these guys come out I did that myself and was counting on the city to come by and vacuum the pile up. Ironically, the city did that the day before this company came to do my leaves. So, they did less work and I still paid the same amount. The areas they did looked great. I just want the job finished and I shouldn’t have to pay more. I will be happy to edit this review if the job is actually completed.
