The only problem with this fine Inn is that it has no elevators or porters to help carry your luggage three floors. Pretty tough on old people to climb 3+ flights of stairs.
Otherwise, it is a very historic romantic beautiful facility.

The place is beautiful; the rooms are well decorated; however, there was no complementary drinking water bottles provided. The front desk staff was friendly.
Rooms: The towels are very nice! The room could use an extra blanket during cold nights (in the 30s) if one prefers not to have the window unit higher than 68 degrees.

This was a disappointment - the property is breathtaking, however it is not managed well. Our room was clean, Ill give it that, but as you walk around the mansion, there were cigarette buds still on patio furniture, alcoholic drinks left out all over the mansion porch, and the breakfast was terrible. The breakfast room was not clean, and all they had was some breakfast sandwiches (like the convenience store brands) and coffee and orange juice. There were out of a lot of stuff, had no water for drinking and filling up water bottles, etc. also the mansion (main floor) hadnt been vacuumed in a while. It appears to be owned by a property management group who likely cares little about guests experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else in Natchez.

My boyfriend got me a gift certificate for Christmas for $250. We booked a weekend stay for valentines, i showed Them my gift certificate at arrival and the concierge told me I do not owe anything. I was Shocked but was obviously ok with that.
That night it was very hot in the room, beds were not comfy, and the pillows might as well have been paper pillows.
Our fan in our room did not work and they advertised robes on the website which my boyfriend was super excited about and they did not provide them and didnt even have them at all in the entire place.
The castle restaurant was the best experience we had the entire time.
On that Saturday I saw where the Inn charged my card for the entire stay, didnt even apply the gift certificate.
I go To the front desk to ask and no one could help but the manager who was not there. How can a hotel manager not be there on a Sunday at checkout time?????
So i had To leave with a large sum charged to my card and a number to contact the manager who i was Told would not answer my phone call until 2:30Im sorry but this place is not it. Its beautiful, but needs major improvement in functioning properly.
