In one word...horrible. No shower curtain, broken carpet, dirty walls, worn-out furniture, no batteries in tv remote, sofa sinks in the middle...and so on and on. Ridiculously bad. If stars could be given negatively, this would be a -10.

Rough ok if you need a bed

I do not know where the 5 star reviews are coming from. I would not stay at this facility ever again. It is obvious that the owners are milking the property for every cent they can get and not putting anything back into the property. (1) Full size refrigerator/Freezer. The Freezer could not keep Ice frozen. We had a bag of ice and two frozen water bottles that were more melted then when we arrived. (2) Carpeting. - This was filthy in the room and the hallway. There were food remnants stuck to the carpet near the bed. There was a tear out in the hallway near the door and the hallway was the dirtiest carpet I have seen in my travels. (3) Sofa - The sofa was filthy and stained and we did not sit on it (4) Microwave - Was dirty on the inside (5) Bathroom door had dried residue of coffee or Coke on it. (6) Deadbolt to door - did not work. Some positive news - We did not see any bugs! Given our stay and the lack of working Ice Machines... we did not partake in the breakfast that was included. Also, we were not the only guests muttering that we would never stay there again. One final note: It is confusing to find this property. The building is dual branded Sleep Inn/Mainstay Suites. Mainstay sign is on the building, Sleep Inn is on the Goal post sign.

The place needs updating the carpets are worn-out. When husband went in to check us in he told the man at desk we needed handicap room. NOPE- His words "you used a third party. can't help you" so yes we had paid for room beforehand. I couldn't even get into the bathroom in our room!. I had to go out into hallway and walk/scoot to the end of the hall to a public handicap restroom. My elderly mom 86 also couldn't use the bathroom. If that wasn't bad enough the people next to us were loud and in and out all night. We turned on music and tried to sleep. We learned our lesson read reviews and call ahead to double check the availability to get the room you want. The beds were comfortable and clean. The ladies running the front desk and breakfast areas the next morning were very nice. The breakfast was good. If you look at the pictures please note I recently had surgery on my foot and there was no way I could even get into the bathroom! . The door was in a weird place right by the bed. Just needs lots of updates. Worn out and I'll pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time.
