Keller Interiors

Not doing business with this Lowes flooring contractor again with their questionable business practices. No wonder their not accredited by the BBB and not even in Yelp.

We live in Illinois and we picked out a floor from Lowe's website for our parents in Meridian Mississippi. Lowe's installers were Keller's Interiors which accommodated us completely. They changed a date to accommodate our time frame and all the gentleman that did the work and laid the floor were very professional, very accommodating, very kind & helped put our appliances back in the home. We couldn't have been more pleased with George McVay and his team of installers and would absolutely recommend them for any future jobs. L for our parents in Mississippian

This company was the sub in laying flooring from Lowe's.  It was a bad, bad job.  The man who was the supervisor, when asked why the stairs looked so bad, said it was the "only way to do it".  He knew I knew NOTHING about flooring and felt it better to lie to me than say they had done something wrong.  My daughter, an interior designer herself, told me it was a horrible job and looked up some places online that verified her claim.  I tried to get them to come and repair the job and a couple of other places I found were done very poorly.  There was no side piece at the bottom of the stair.  Removed carpet, put no flooring there.  It has a black material of some sort showing on the side of that step. The quarter round was put on the stairs which absolutely should not have gone there.  There are spaces between the flooring and the quarter round.  There are pieces of quarter round loose.  There are spaces between the flooring and the piece that should fit over the flooring and fireplace brick.  A horrible horrible job.  I worked for months and months to get this rectified, but Lowes just kept telling me someone from Keller Interiors would have to come back to fix all the problems.  I told them okay and the supervisor called me to set an appointment to come to my house to see what he needed to do.  He did not come and did not call to let me know he wasn't coming.  I contacted Lowe's again.  Again this man called and set a day and time to come and didn't show.  He did that one more time and I said ENOUGH!  I told Lowe's he would not be allowed to come into my house due to his unprofessional behavior.  Now I have stairs that look horrible and quarter round is loose, and much more.   It is an incomplete job and absolutely nothing was done to work with me on it.  Since I would not allow this man,, Martin, to come back, Lowe's just quit answering my calls.  I will NEVER do business with either company again.  I need a complete kitchen overhaul, wrap around porch and other things and NEITHER company will be allowed to give me a quote.  They took adantage of a senior woman who was alone and thought they could just do whatever and get away with it.  Seems they have done just that.  I am telling everyone I know and then some about the problems with these two companies.
