        If I could give zero stars I would. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was placed on hold twice without ever being told that I would be. Receptionist acted as if I was putting her out by asking a question. Then the tech I spoke with wanted to attempt to give me a math lesson simply because she herself couldn’t properly communicate the appropriate charges that would be associated with what I was asking. Would highly advise against doing business with this business and I’ve never even been in their store. If this is how they conduct business I will gladly go anywhere else.
