        Vehicle got broken into and called about a claim and instead of helping us He just kept talking over me and down to me. Wifes grandma bought her house in a trust so we assumed it was covered he says no she needs renters insurance which wife doesnt have and I said as her agent after 13 years as her agent why would you not tell her she has no coverage and he literally says I dont know who lives in the house that not my responsibility! Thats your job to sell insurance but this agency must be to just collect a check. Will be moving agents
