Called them to clean out a grease trap. They showed up within an hour. Very quick service.

Called and made an appointment, never showed up, which I called him back next day and he stated "I don't remember even talking with you last night!"

I want to share today's experience. 😁 get ready! Oh and be prepared to not know who you are calling, they don't answer with a business name. I've spoken to 2 people...really thought I had wrong number the way the spouse/secretary answered. I called yesterday to see about getting our septic tank pumped by someone whose named had been referred several times in 2 days. After telling him, we didn't know exactly where it was at, could he tell us how to locate it, he did...we starting digging...then it started raining....big hole and water not good, he said he would be out tomorrow, I said it wasn't emergent and that was fine..so we went inside because it was turning dark & pouring. $300 plus was told if we found it, they could dig it out between 50-150 bucks. Ok...so fast forward to this morning....I'm outside digging at about 730 am....expecting a call from them around 830 as told...which didn't happen....so I called again and was told they would be on way shortly and be out at 10. I get a call at 1045 to say they were on way and showed up about 1130. There wasn't much to dig for 2 men considering I had been digging on and off for hours at this point. I asked my husband to leave work after multiple rude comments were made to me in less than 30 minutes. Might I add these 2 grown men watched me as I was digging the hole, knowing I was paying them to...one asked me if my husband had a Sawzall to cut into lid. I said NO, I don't want a jackedup job done. He said well this is a jackedup job. I proceeded to go inside to check on my 6 month old 2 minutes and I come back out...they had busted the perfectly intact lid up. I asked them what they were going to do to fix it? They put our hose box lid in the hole and was starting to cover it. I said yall can now deal with my husband he is on his way home, I'm done. Not to mention another comment Lester made to his coworker was put this on the don't return list. I said well next time heaven forbid we would have it dug out already in advance without the pipe showing. I told my husband to find out how much and they told him - it's cash or check only...but that was not made known to us in advance or we would have went to bank. They did not fix the lid they broke and left it with a giant hole. Don't worry, we wouldn't have called yall again after this. When I stopped at end of road to pay him, I said had I known and been told in advance it would have been ready...his response well you didnt ask. No I didn't, because usually a bill is handed to you or you are made away in advance. I said I needed a receipt, he was upset that he had to write one out. They just enjoy a quick dollar without a paper trail it seems.. Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional, while they made it out here, they didn't call or come when stated I'd have rathered waited for another company after this experience. Not to mention the lid opened just fine! And it's now broken! Edited to add, I sent him pics of lid that opened just fine, he called me numerous times and left me a voicemail that said me calling him unprofessional was sad!
