There's no way I can accurately describe how professional and well put-together this organization is, so I'll write what I can and you can be assured that they are so much more than that. After our dad passed away in October 2020, Moments Funeral Home was given the task of dealing with his eleven children in the final arrangements and burial process. Being the peculiar people that he raised, I can only imagine the stress level we imposed upon these fine folks. But they took everything we had to say and do in an unbelievably smooth stride, the likes of which I've never witnessed. Joy Herndon and her entire staff were so incredibly compassionate, kind, and patient that I hope they all outlive me and are given the opportunity to once again hone their skills upon such an obnoxious bunch of smart alecks. Seriously, from the start of the process to the very end, everything they did and said was absolutely spot-on and put everyone involved at ease. To say they were professional sounds a bit uptight and collared, but there was never anything uptight about this wonderful staff or their beautiful facility. We all felt like family amongst them the entire time. I would highly recommend this group of fine folks to anyone and everyone who has a need for the services offered here. There's so much more that can be said, but I'm out of words, so take these and multiply them exponentially and that'll get you closer to the level they are on. Many, many thanks from the Farmer family for everything y'all are and the incredible way y'all have of making such strangers as us feel so comfortable in our hour of discomfort.
