My whole family now comes to this clinic. The doctor is so attentive, and concerned. The nurse in the back and medical assistant for blood work is so sweet and kind. My medicine, referrals, and lab results are always on time. We have always had a short wait time. Special thank to the older lady at the front desk that be on it, when it come to paperwork I need, and confirming appointments with my specialist. I appreciate you all very much!!!

Staff does not return calls when you leave messages and once you get someone on the phone they are not helpful.

Took my daughter there to get a covid test BACK IN 2021. Told the girl at the desk that we had new insurance and tried to give her the card. She glanced at it and told me they had the correct insurance on file. I even tried to pay the copay that I knew we had and was told there was no copay and we would be billed after insurance paid. Got a bill for $134 a few months later that I paid (should have only been a $25 copay). Never heard anything else from them. Fast forward to today, yes 9/11/2023, I just got a bill for $184 with a sweet message at the bottom telling me that up to date insurance was not provided and any further delay in payment will result in collections. We will never be back to this clinic.

Never answer the phone or call back and lady at front desk is very rude needs to be fired the way she talks to people
