I would rate this company negative stars if I could. Very manipulative company. Had me sign a 60 MONTH contract without telling me. Ive begged for them to cancel my account since I no longer live at the house and they wont let me. I feel like Im being held hostage. WORST COMPANY EVER.

The other reviews sum it up nicely. Its such a disaster. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different home security company. Not worth it in the Jackson metro area, we have plenty of other options.

We have been Vivint customers for roughly 2 years. We moved this year and have been waiting over 5 months to have our system installed in our new home. Every time I call I am told they will get back to me, and that has yet to happen. We have paid for a service for months that we aren't able to use, with no indication of when we will be able to use it again. I would not recommend their product or service to anyone at this rate.
